ONCE YOU HAVE EMAILED AND SOMEONE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH YOU, YOU MAY MAIL YOUR ITEMS AND PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PACKING SLIP (or order number) AS WELL.  ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.
